This was a very long selection process with many stages, and I went through all of them. However, there was a great lack of ethics and commitment towards professionals and people. I went through all the stages and had already sent my documentation for hiring on the portal. After taking the medical exam, I was informed with the following message: “Hey, Lorena! We had an unforeseen issue with the job situation, and we need to suspend it for now. There's a chance this vacancy might reopen in the future, and if possible, we'll contact you. I apologize and thank you for your interest in being part of our team.” This showed a lot of unethical and inhumane behavior from the company, especially after I went through all the stages and the pre-employment exam.

I had an interview with HR and it was super smooth. They asked me about myself and my previous job. They talked about the company, the sector, salaries and benefits, and the job responsibilities, all very well explained.

Após 2 meses de espera o RH entrou em contato novamente pedindo para enviar os documentos novamente. Impressionante gastar dinheiro e não contratar a pessoa. 2 meses de espera e não ser contratado depois de fazer todo o processo. Após 2 meses me tiraram do processo e eu entreguei todos os diplomas que pediram. Cheguei a negar 3 entrevistas aguardo a Vix . No final fiquei sem emprego e entrevistas. Continuo aprendendo!

Finally, they asked what you thought of the vacancy and if you were interested in continuing in the selection process.
