Behavioral

The interview process was pretty straightforward, mostly questions about your personality and skills. It started with a self-introduction, then you had to talk about the industry, communication skills, and a difficult life situation. Candidates usually go through a few stages, often starting with an HR screening.

So first there was a pre placement talk and company presentation, then a quiz session, followed by an online assessment. After the results were announced, we had a lunch break. Then came the group discussion, after which the results were declared. This led to the technical interview, then the HOD interview, and finally the HR interview. After the final selection announcement, we had to do document submission, and then they rolled out the offer for us.

  • For freshers, technical interviews cover basic core questions of your respective core or branch.

Behavioral Technical

The hiring process has two steps. First, an interview with HR to talk about your background, work experience, and if you vibe with the company culture. They'll likely ask about past jobs, your skills, career plans, and how you'd fit in. Second, you'll interview with the Department Manager. This chat will focus on what you're doing now, projects you've worked on, and what you've accomplished. Expect questions about your key achievements, your responsibilities, how you work with others, and any ideas you have for making things better.

Behavioral Technical Other

I interviewed for a Supply Chain role in Europe, and it was a pretty negative experience with this tech giant. Some things that were unusual compared to other interviews I've had: 1) The job opening was actually taken down before I even got a call from HR. 2) Aside from the basic 'tell me about yourself,' the questions weren't really about my skills for the job. Instead, they focused on things like how my previous company (in the same industry) handled certain business situations, or specifics about their organizational setup and the ratio of expat employees. These questions made me feel uneasy because of confidentiality with my past employer, and because they seemed irrelevant and sensitive to answer during an interview. 3) HR was super responsive before the interview, but after it, I got no response at all when I asked for feedback, not even a standard rejection email.

Confirmed questions3 questions
  • Can you introduce yourself?
  • What are the processes at your former companies?
  • How were your former companies set up organizationally?
