Software Engineer
The whole interview experience was 5 rounds in the USA. Didn't receive an offer, but I did make it to the final interview. The overall company vibes are good. Seems like a decent enough place to work in, but the onsite interviewers did give off the idea that the company is full of itself. I wonder if it's more bark than bite though.

Software Engineer
The interview process started with a phone screen that included some general Java questions. Then, I had an interview with a manager where we discussed my past experiences leading software development projects and how I overcame challenges. The next interview was a pair programming session using CoderPad with two developers. They assessed my ability to suggest improvements to existing Java code while articulating my thought process. I was supposed to have final interviews, but they stated they do not sponsor visas (EAD) and it seemed like they were discriminating based on immigration status.

Software Engineer
Super fast process. Had to do this weird IQ test first, which was mandatory. Then a recruiter phone screen, followed by a technical phone screen with the hiring manager. Based on that, I got a coding challenge specific to the role. Submitted it mid-week and got the on-site invite two days later. The on-site was about 4 hours straight, with a office tour. Then talked to the engineering director, my future colleagues, and the hiring manager again. Interviews were a mix of tech questions and personality questions, focusing on how I approach problems technically rather than whiteboard coding. Personality was to see if I'd fit the team and culture. Overall, a good experience. My tip: really put effort into the challenge, they dissect your code. It's your first impression. I did, and it showed, which helped.
