Vivid Seats Sales Representative Interview Questions

I started with an online application that included timed tests for math and psychological skills, which were tough for me. After that, there was a phone screen, followed by an in-person interview. When I got to the building, I got a pass and waited for someone from Vivid to escort me to their offices. The recruiter and the front desk receptionist were really nice. I then waited in a room where I took a typing test and completed a survey about my availability. Finally, I had the interview with two people in a small room. They asked difficult questions. One person led the interview, and the other occasionally added comments. Both were professional and nice. They asked me multiple times if I could work nights, and I confirmed I'm pretty solid on working whenever needed. I really would have loved to get this job and gain some new skills. A few notes for anyone reading Vivid posts: Wait a few weeks after your interview before posting your feelings here, as post-interview emotions can range from depressed to angry, and it's not the company's fault if you don't perform well in interviews. Be responsible about what and how you say things here, as recruiters do read these posts. And finally, take all interview experiences with a grain of salt, as dissatisfied workers might be bitter for reasons unrelated to your potential experience.

I applied online with a referral and heard back from a recruiter the next day. The call was great, so I went in for an in-person interview two days later. When I arrived, the interviewer greeted me and we went into a room. We talked briefly about my friend who works there. Then, two sales managers joined. They were nice but seemed to be trying to intimidate me. My past sales experience and being an artist didn't faze me, and I was still interested. The managers were very thorough, explained the job, and said it was hard but rewarding. I asked a lot of questions and they said they'd contact me the next day. I'm still waiting, but I think this job would be a great fit. I'll update if I get an offer.
