First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Vivex.
Operations
It was a pretty standard interview. They showed me around the facility and then I talked with some supervisors who asked me questions. The whole thing took about an hour. The place was really nice and clean.
- How do you feel about doing the same kind of tasks over and over?
Process Engineer
First, there was a phone chat with the recruiter. Then, I had an interview with the hiring manager and one of the team members. Finally, I gave a presentation on a topic the hiring manager picked to some of the other team members.
- As a fruit, which one would you choose to be?
Document Control Specialist
I had an interview scheduled with two people, but only one showed up. I never got any feedback after that. I reached out for an update but didn't hear back.
- Could you please introduce yourself?
Tissue Processing Technician
The interview started early in the morning and involved common questions. Two people interviewed me at the same time. Initially, the vibe felt strange, but it improved once the interview began. One interviewer was really nice and helpful, while the other seemed less personable.
- Do you prefer teamwork or working independently?
