First, HR will reach out, then the hiring manager will contact you. The interview will be conducted online/remotely. Finally, you will get an offer letter. It's pretty straightforward, they'll test some skills like your English, technical abilities, and Excel sheet knowledge.

So, I had one of the best interview experiences ever. My recruiter was super professional, really responsive, and genuine. I initially applied for a different role on LinkedIn, and the next day, a recruiter reached out to schedule a phone screen. That role didn't pan out because they needed someone with really specific experience, but the recruiter suggested another role at VivaKi that seemed like a good fit. The next steps were a 30-minute phone interview with the hiring manager, followed by two final phone interviews (or you could do Skype) with two SVPs. All the interviews were great conversations about the industry and the company's future. They were really clear about what they expected, what success looks like, and how the role fits into the bigger picture at VivaKi. It's important to understand the job you're applying for, how it connects with other departments, and how your own background aligns. Even though I'm bummed I didn't get the job (they do give feedback though!), I'll keep an eye out for future opportunities at VivaKi.
- Can you tell me about your background and your fit for this position?
- What are your expectations for this role?
- What does success look like in this role?
Account Executive
Got a referral from a friend. Received an email response a few weeks later. The interview itself was a few months after that. I spoke with the department director. It was a pretty relaxed and conversational chat. Vivaki really cares about personality matches alongside skills. They want candidates with the right attitude and character that fit their corporate culture. Be enthusiastic, passionate, career-driven, creative, and don't bad-mouth past employers or managers. The interview lasted an hour. We discussed my background and their expectations, procedures, and company spirit.
- Can you tell me about your skills, hobbies, education, and experience?
- Could you elaborate on the job expectations, company procedures, and the company's go-getter spirit?
