First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Vivacom.
Incident Management Specialist
The interview was on site. The team was nice and they described the job perfectly. They asked me about my current job and what I do on a daily basis. They also asked me why I applied for this specific job.
- Could you describe your responsibilities in your current role?
- What are your typical daily duties?
- What motivated you to apply for this particular position?
Sales Representative
Had an interview with the region manager and an HR officer. They asked standard questions about the company, my profile, expectations, my strengths and weaknesses. We talked about how to anticipate problems, manage processes, and my target-oriented thinking and communication skills. It took longer than expected. I also had to explain the basic technology in the telecom industry and how to deal with negative customer reactions.
- How would you conduct a sales process without a customer present?
Intern
There was an HR person and a technical person. They started by asking about my background and work experience from my CV. Then, the HR didn't mention anything about the job, the company, or the salary expectations, which made me feel like I was rejected just from that. No technical questions were asked.
- Could you tell me about yourself?
Coordinator
Had a great in-person interview. The people interviewing me were really positive. The questions weren't too tough, and they seemed interested in my skills and what I studied. I was happy that the questions were mostly about what I'm good at, rather than specific competencies.
- What do you like to do when you have free time?
