First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at VIVA USA.
Customer Success Manager
After the interview, there was no feedback, and even when I followed up, there was no response. They said they would reply within 48 hours, but it's been over two weeks with no reply.
- Can you elaborate on your current responsibilities and experience?
Excel Expert
I talked to two people, and they told me about the department I'd be in and what I'd be doing each day. Specifically, I'd be in charge of giving out and keeping track of all the fuel PINs and cards that drivers need for their trucks to deliver PepsiCo drinks and food. They also gave me a test during the interview to see how good I am at using VLOOKUP and Pivot Tables in Excel.
- Tell me about your Microsoft Excel skills.
Sales
I got a call from the Director of Sales, then had a phone interview. After that, I went in for a 2-hour interview with the CEO and the director. They asked a lot of behavior based questions about recruiting and IT.
- What would you do if a candidate fails e-verify but claims to be authorized to work?
IT Recruiter
The whole process took about two weeks and was pretty good. You need to be somewhat fluent in English. They asked some tricky questions in the HR round, but it's a good company overall.
