I talked to two people, and they told me about the department I'd be in and what I'd be doing each day. Specifically, I'd be in charge of giving out and keeping track of all the fuel PINs and cards that drivers need for their trucks to deliver PepsiCo drinks and food. They also gave me a test during the interview to see how good I am at using VLOOKUP and Pivot Tables in Excel.

The whole process took about two weeks and was pretty good. You need to be somewhat fluent in English. They asked some tricky questions in the HR round, but it's a good company overall.
