First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at VIVA Pediatrics.
Administrative Assistant
Very easy in person interview. It took about 2-3 weeks. I had to reach out to them because they forgot to give me a call back, but other than that, it was a pretty good experience. They do not require prior experience.

- Do you have experience with computer databases?
Scheduling Coordinator
The clinic manager that interview me was nice but once I mentioned what I required to be paid, the interview was pretty much over. It was ok, but no good pay.
- How do you handle stressful situations?
Licensed Vocational Nurse
The interview process was friendly and professional. It involved a skills check and testing for specific skills. It was a great test to see if I qualified for specialized areas. I was really impressed with Viva and even told the DON about it. I've worked with other agencies before and even owned one, and this experience gets a 5-star rating.
- What are your nursing skills?
Registered Nurse
I applied online for an RN position. First, the recruiter called me for a screening. Then, I had an interview with a manager where they asked about my skills and working experience. After that, the recruiter asked about my availability and scheduled the interview with the manager.
- Do you have experience with the following skills: Ventilator, tracheostomy care, CV, G tube, TNP, B pap, C pap?
