The interview wasn't one-on-one, it was a group setting. The employees seemed nice. I never heard back after the interview. Also, the actual job was a Front Desk Receptionist role, not a community-based position as advertised.

Behavioral

The interview process felt nice and understanding, but there was a sneaky, jealous, and controlling vibe from some people, like witches in the workplace. Not everyone was nice, and some came off sarcastic and bitter.

Behavioral Case

I interviewed with 3 managers. It was a friendly, professional setting. They seemed to be looking for folks with sales and community relationship experience to help expand the territory. It's clear these managers are swamped with work and have to do a lot of different things, which came across during the interview. I had to ask about the salary range, and the base pay is quite low for the responsibilities involved. Compensation relies heavily on commissions from leads. There's uncertainty year to year about role changes and earning a stable income. The job requires working through lunch and always being available to customers to sort out their issues. Managers are not always readily available for support when needed.

Technical Behavioral

First, there was a written and computer excel test. The written part had multiple choice and true/false questions. The computer test was to recreate a data table and make a pivot table. Then, I had an interview with the hiring manager. She had a sheet with basic interview questions.
