Everyone was super nice and friendly. They asked a lot of questions, but I could tell it was because they wanted to make sure they found the right fit. The whole process had about 3 to 4 steps, starting with a phone call and ending with a visit to the spa.

I interviewed and got an offer letter and did training with them. They took back their offer after the first "test out" after I had quit my job and put time into training. I found their training bad and the trainer was late a lot and rushed. I told the company and they don't seem to care.

Since I guess I seemed like a good fit for the culture, they called me back for a hands-on, practical interview where I did a one-hour massage on the manager, who is also an LMT.
