Junior Programmer
You pass the HR interview, then the two technical areas are very easy. Afterwards they move on to medical exams, psychometric exams and after having a salary proposal and asking for your documents, they ghost you.
- They ask you about everything on your resume.
Production Assistant
The interview happened on 03/28/2025 at the company. The sector coordinator and safety technician were present, followed by HR, the quality coordinator. My previous experiences, job expectations, and availability were discussed. It was a welcoming environment with time for questions.
- Have you worked in production before? How do you handle repetitive tasks?
Intern
The interview experience was great. I had a chance to chat with the hiring manager and some team members I'd be working with. Everyone was really professional and it was nice meeting them. I'd definitely recommend this place based on my first interview.
- Tell me about your hobbies outside of work.
Control de Procesos
The process is straightforward: first, a chat with HR, then meet with the area manager and production manager. They ask basic questions and about production process knowledge. They're very open to recent graduates, making it a great place to start a career.
- What tools do you use for problem-solving?
- Can you explain statistical process control?
- Tell me about continuous improvement.
