It was a chill interview process. They wanted to know about my previous sales experience, my personality, and character traits that make a good salesperson. They also asked about my availability and school schedule if I had one. I mainly spoke with the assistant manager, who was pretty serious and wanted to see how I'd interact with customers. It was pretty straightforward; I didn't get any questions I couldn't answer honestly.

I applied online and heard back for a phone interview about three days later. The first interview was with the store manager in her office. She seemed stressed but friendly and really cared about what I said. I liked that I didn't feel hurried. She said I'd hear from the District Manager in a few days for a second interview. Four days later, I met with the DM. He took me out of the store, which was a surprise. We talked for over an hour. Afterwards, I realized how good he was at selling. He seemed to mirror me to build a connection and get me to let my guard down. He was definitely trying to sell me on the company while also seeing if I was a good fit.

After I applied online through their website, the store manager gave me a call. I then went into the store for a face-to-face interview with the store manager. The interview was pretty simple and asked basic questions about my past jobs, schooling, my comfort level with my social situation, and sales. I felt like it was a straightforward and truthful interview.
