I interviewed with two store managers. They aimed to create a comfortable atmosphere and assessed my suitability for their team based on my personality and organizational abilities. They are looking for candidates who are motivated, eager to learn, good listeners, and committed to being team players, as these qualities lead to success in their environment.

The interview process was brief and to the point, covering all the necessary aspects for the sales role. It focused on your sales experience and knowledge of health supplements. After the initial phone screening, you'd come into the store. The interviewer would assess your presentation and demeanor, given the store's religious/conservative environment. Following this initial assessment, you'd undergo a sales skills test where you'd be required to sell 'packages' or multiple vitamins for a single health condition.

I saw a posting for the job so first I went into the store to check it out. I talked to the current manager and he explained to me why he was leaving. He had me fill out an application and also gave my information to the District Manager because he liked me. I filled it out. The District Manager called me a few days later. I had a one on one interview. I was offered the job later.
