Agency Manager
First interview via video call, covering only practical aspects: annual salary, on-call time constraints, location, vehicle (even though a company car/service vehicle should be provided), and your availability date. Also discussed understanding of the position and what you definitely do not want in a role.

CV submission, followed by an SMS contact from the recruiter to schedule an appointment. Then, a 1-hour phone call, and a video call with a role-playing scenario. Finally, a day immersion at the agency with the agency manager for an interview and 1-hour written logic and math tests.
