I interviewed with the Recruiter, the Regional Manager, a Consultant for a technical interview, and the Epic Practice Manager. It was friendly, thorough, and fair, with both technical and investigative questions to see if I fit the company's needs and personality. Everyone was nice, smart, well-spoken, and professional. The work culture seems to be about helping each other out, sharing skills, assisting when needed, suggesting opportunities, and meeting virtually. They seem to have good support systems for staff.
