Had multiple one on one interviews that covered my skills, experience, interests and goals. Then there was a screening interview with a current employee to check my product knowledge. The questions were straightforward and I had a good experience overall.

I first connected with the company at a career fair, and they seemed like a good fit. After submitting an online application, I didn't hear back for two months. They then emailed me asking to fill out an application and send it back to schedule an interview. Following that, I had a standard phone interview. I then waited over two weeks without hearing back from them. During this time, I sent several emails to them stating I had other offers and needed to speed up their process. Eventually, I emailed them to say I had accepted another offer. They never responded to any of my emails. Now, a month later, they reached out saying they were going in a different direction, which was surprising given I had already declined to move forward. It's a shame because it was an interesting position, but the recruiting department's incompetence made it undesirable. I've never had a worse application experience and wouldn't want to work for a company that can't communicate formally in a timely manner.

After an initial phone screen, there were two more interviews. The first was a remote interview via Skype with a senior consultant. If you did well on that, the next step was an in-person interview.
