Analyst
It was a straightforward interview, with no tricky or nonsensical questions. The interviewers were attentive and seemed interested in understanding my background and career aspirations. I also completed a test and received feedback within a reasonable timeframe.

Senior Communications Analyst
It started with a Head Hunter reaching out, and the following week I had an interview with the organization's communication management. After I was approved, they asked me to do a case study. I prepared and sent the case study before the deadline, and then both HR and the management I interviewed with just disappeared. I spent hours developing the material and didn't even get feedback on the process. Honestly, I don't even know if it's still open. Total ghosting.

Senior Principal Consultant
The recruiter was really nice and answered my questions quickly. Even with the time difference, she tried hard to help me out and guide me, which was great. Talking to her during this hiring process was a really good time. She was proactive and helpful, making the whole thing easy and pleasant. I liked how she cared, and it made me feel good about the company and the hiring process.

The interview process was very engaging and interesting. I was given adequate opportunity to express and explain myself. It didn't feel biased because there were several relevant people involved, who were able to understand my skill sets. I've rarely experienced such openness and the interviewer made me feel comfortable with the process.
