First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Vital Acquistions.
Marketing Assistant
They set up a meeting on Monday 11/7 which no one attended, They texted me with what seemed to be a bot saying: Did you make it on? and after that they wouldn't reply. They texted me the next day saying they had some wifi issues and tried to reschedule. Exact same thing happened, no one opened the zoom meeting, I received the text message with the "Did you make it on? and no replies after that.
- No one showed up to the interview.
Marketing Associate
They started by discussing compensation, but it was unclear how the company actually generated revenue. It seemed like the day involved meeting at an office at 8am, celebrating achievements, and then going to Costco to sell something outside. While the people seemed okay, the business model felt questionable, so I decided not to proceed with a second interview.
- Can you share an instance where you demonstrated leadership?
Client Representative
I was very pleased with the interview process with vital acquisitions. It was not what I expected but overall everyone was extremely transparent about the position. You definitely get a feel for what your pay will be. It is very clear that everyone in the company treats each other like family.
- Can you tell us about yourself?
Corporate Trainer
The hiring process is super quick, just 2 days total. It starts with a group zoom interview, where about 5-10 people join. The CEO usually leads the discussion the whole time, but sometimes the company's employees do the interviewing.
- Can you introduce yourself and share some of your professional aspirations?
