I submitted my application online, and then they called me for a group interview. They explained the job duties, and it was basically a 'take it or leave it' offer.

HR called me to talk about a different position that I might be a good fit for based on my resume. I asked for the job description but HR didn't give me details. We scheduled the interview for the next day. The interview was good, I had an intellectual conversation with the lab manager and the regulation department. They asked questions and gave me a test with a sample. The interview was about 1 hour.

I got a call from HR to come in and meet with the HR lady and facilities manager. They were both really nice, and the interview was about an hour. A couple days later, I got an email asking me to meet with an Operations Manager and the Director of Operations separately. Those interviews were also fun and lasted about 2.5 hours total. I also got a tour of the facility and a quick rundown of how things work. They said they'd be in touch after discussing. It's been two weeks, and despite several emails and voicemails, I haven't heard back, not even a rejection. It was a challenging interview process, and the people were great, but I'm really disappointed about the lack of communication after the interviews.

After applying, I was almost immediately contacted. I had a phone interview with HR, followed by a call with the department Director for another phone interview. The next day, I came in for an in-person interview and was asked to bring my work samples. The team seemed to like my resume and was impressed with my work. I noticed they seemed clueless about a standard industry SEO software, making me question their understanding of the internet marketing field. I got a tour and saw a very open office environment. They were also remodeling and had a workout room. I was supposed to have a final interview with a C-level executive, but he was on vacation. Despite this, I told them I had four other offers, and they sent an offer anyway without that last interview.

Confirmed questions1 question
  • My internet knowledge was superior to theirs, so no questions were difficult for me.
