It was pretty straightforward, with typical questions. We talked about my interests and common objectives, along with relevant education and past work. Then there was a brief discussion about salary; there wasn't much room to negotiate, but we reached an agreement.

I found the job on Indeed and then got a call from HR for a quick chat. After that, they sent me a test to complete before the in-person interview, which covered things like grammar and Excel skills. The actual interview was with the manager, and it felt pretty good, with questions that seemed right for the role.

I got a call from HR about my application and they asked me to fill out some pre-interview questions. After I finished them, HR called again the next day and said they liked my answers and invited me for an interview the following week. I had two interviews that lasted two hours. The first interview was with two HR people where they asked basic questions about me and explained the company. The second interview was with two supervisors from the technical department. They first spent time getting to know me and then assessed my technical skills. They asked a bunch of technical questions, and one trick question to see how I think. The interview process was really smooth and comfortable. I even missed some technical questions, but the supervisors reassured me and explained the ones I got wrong.

They make you wait downstairs for an hour before taking you up for the interview, even if you arrive early. The organization of the process seemed a bit disorganized. You go into an office expecting an interview, but instead, you have to take a series of quizzes, which is unexpected. Then, they finally introduce you to the person who was already in the room, as if it's a special favor. After that, they escort you to the interviewer, who is casually dressed in jeans and a hoodie, contrasting with your formal attire. This interviewer is quite vague when describing the responsibilities of the role.
