First, there was an HR interview focusing on behavior questions. Then, the site manager interviewed me about technical and professional skills. After that, I had an intelligence test covering English, math, and patterns. This was followed by a GM interview. Next, they did a reference check, and finally, we discussed salary.

Behavioral Technical Presentation

It was a good, smooth process. First, there was an HR interview, then a Teams meeting with an engineer and the HR rep, and finally an onsite interview that included a site tour. The tour was informative, and I was asked questions during it about machinery, like how to change a bearing and what type of drive a specific machine had.

Behavioral Technical

The hiring manager seemed to have already decided on their preferred candidate before my interview. They asked me very basic questions and it felt like they weren't genuinely interested in learning more about my background. However, the manager did spend time discussing the company and providing a tour of the site operations.
