Analyst
The interview process was pretty straightforward and not too difficult. However, what was really disappointing was the complete lack of communication after the interview. I ended up sending an email after two weeks to check on the status, but I never heard back. To top it off, they then relisted the job opening. Super frustrating.
- How do you prefer to lead?
Corporate Services
It was a 2 round process. The first round was a phone interview with HR. Then there was a take-home test that was not monitored. If I passed that, I had a final round with the team head and line manager, which was about 30 minutes.
- Can you walk me through your background and professional experience?
Compliance Officer
The interview went pretty well. The interviewers were both professional and asked clear questions. The whole thing took about 30 to 45 minutes. I'd say the difficulty was about average. Their hiring process is quite long because it's done globally.
- Tell me about your weaknesses and strengths, and how you handle challenges.
Researcher
The interview was held online via zoom. They asked some basic questions and mentioned they'd let me know about potential funding within the next couple of months.
- Tell me about your experience.
- Which software are you familiar with?
- Can you describe the research you've conducted previously?
