First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at VISTA Staffing Solutions.
Recruiter
It was a 4-round interview process. The interviews were good, involving a lot of discovery questions. I had to explain my last jobs and experiences and how they could translate to working with them. Having a recruiting background is a plus.
- Could you describe your sales experience?
- What sales experience do you possess?
- Tell me about your past jobs and experiences.
Support Engineer
I went through 5 interviews for this role. It started with a recruiter who was super helpful throughout. Then I interviewed with the President, Christian, who was really great and made me feel comfortable and casual, like catching up with an old friend. After getting an offer, I was still unsure, so a corporate recruiter from California called to give me more information about future opportunities, which ultimately convinced me to accept.
- I really dislike standard interview questions. Fortunately, there weren't too many of them.
Pay-Bill Specialist
The first interviews with the corporate recruiters are pretty chill, not like an interrogation. They'll give you scenarios for how you'd handle stuff. They want you to feel good about the job. The interviews with the department managers are a bit more intense since they have the final say, but still not too stressful.
- Tell me about a time you were in a tough spot with a coworker.
Client Consultant
I spoke with the corporate recruiter and then three different managers who had an open need. I had originally applied for a client consultant role, but they ended up offering me a position as a Physician Recruiter instead. The managers asked good questions to figure out where I would be most successful and happy.
- Can you share an instance where a customer was unhappy?
