Customer Service Representative
A recruiter reached out to me and set up a video interview. I did some research on the company beforehand, checking out employee reviews on Glassdoor. Lots of mixed reviews, with some claiming the CEO is a joke and that the positive reviews aren't legit. For the interview, the initial link didn't work on my computer, so I had to use my phone, which was a hassle. The interviewer also had technical difficulties with their mic. After getting connected, we did a meet and greet, and they explained the role: starting in customer service for about 6 months, then moving into sales. They mentioned they were on an all-day internal call, which made them seem distracted. Despite these issues, I got a call back saying I wasn't a fit. Honestly, after reading those reviews, I'm kind of glad it didn't work out.

Management Consultant
Went through three interviews. The first was standard, but the second one was tougher. I ended up getting the job after a lot of follow-up. The final interview was great; I got to meet the whole team and the GP.

Client Account Manager
I got contacted by the company through email after they saw my resume on Indeed.com. We had an initial interview, and then a second interview about three days later (since there was a weekend in between). Around two hours after the second interview, they called me with a job offer.
- Could you explain why your job history shows gaps in employment?
