The interview process had three parts: First, a phone screening with the program director where they asked about my education and experience. Then, an in-person interview with the clinical supervisor and program director where we went over case scenarios. Finally, I interviewed with families who are currently enrolled in the program.

Special Education Teacher
The interview involved two supervisors and one teacher. They asked me questions about the job. They went over the job responsibilities and what they expect from me. We also took a tour of the place. I got to ask them questions about the job too.
- What is your motivation for teaching special needs students?
Youth Development Counselor
It took over a month after applying to even get an interview, which was in July. The setting was comfortable, but the supervisor was continuously interrupted by kids and adults needing things. They called about a week later to offer me the job. After I accepted, the process moved quickly with a physical/drug test, fingerprinting, driving record check, and lots of paperwork.
- How would you respond if you witnessed a child self-harming?
MFT Trainee
The hiring supervisor was very nice and had a lot of knowledge of the field. The supervisor asked me about my experience with working with clients in the mental health field.
- What's your go-to therapy modality for clients?
- Tell me about your experience working with clients in the mental health field.
