Had a phone interview with the clinic manager for about 25 minutes. Then, I had an in-person interview with a panel that included the clinic manager, some support staff like a clinician, and an MA. Finally, I got a phone call to be offered the job.

This role required two interviews. The first was a Zoom call, and the second was in-person. Both interviews were pretty straightforward, but the in-person one involved an activity with students to assess interaction skills. Unfortunately, despite reaching out a few times for an update, I never heard back.

After completing 2 interviews for a supervisory/management role, and after being explicitly told I was one of three finalists and given a timeline for hearing back about a final interview or offer, I received no communication. I waited 4 business days before following up for feedback, but still heard nothing. This 'ghosting' at such a late stage is very unethical.
