Phone interview with recruiter, then a face to face interview with the hiring manager and the final interview is with one of the Vice Presidents. It's usually a quick process and decisions are made very quickly.

I applied online with Atlanta Hospice. About two weeks after applying, HR from Atlanta Hospice contacted me. The clinical coordinator interviewed me. She was very polite and friendly. The questions weren't too difficult, mostly just general things like why I left my last job and why I'm interested in working there. They said HR would get in touch within two weeks, and if I didn't hear from them, I should reach out. I'm still waiting to hear back.

Started with a phone screening. HR called me within 5 days for an interview, which was pretty chill and informal. Then I had a second interview with nursing management a few days after that. This one was more intense and thorough, but no weird questions.

I met with the non-medical director. He asked me some questions about my past work in home health. He seemed engaged and friendly. He also walked me through what a typical day looks like for a case manager and how the role supports work-life balance, which is really important to me.
