My interview with Visionist was honestly the best I've ever had. They made me feel so comfortable, it was more like a great conversation. Since I'm not local, we did it over Skype. It was a panel with a few engineers and even the president. We talked a lot about my past projects and my thoughts on them, and also what I'm interested in for the future. It got pretty technical when we discussed different tech stacks.

I emailed my resume to the recruiter. They called me for a 30-minute phone interview. We discussed my interests, coursework, and strengths/weaknesses. The recruiter then invited me for an in-person interview. The onsite interview was at their headquarters. The recruiter met me, gave me a brief tour, and then I met with the VP and four engineers in a conference room. The interview was informal with no technical questions or whiteboard tasks. They seemed to really enjoy working there and I was encouraged to ask them questions about the company.
