There were two rounds. The first was easy and the second was difficult. The second round was a machine test which was tough and took me 3 to 4 hours to complete. After I submitted the code, they said I was selected but offered me 60% less salary than my previous offer. It felt like a waste of time as they might be using candidates for their project modules under the guise of a machine test.

I went to their Glen Burnie, Md office for an interview. I met with the Sales Director and the Recruiting Director. The interview went really well, and I felt good about it afterwards. I even got a tour of the office. They said I'd come back in a few weeks for another interview, but it never happened. I admit, it was close to the holidays, and I waited a month to follow up. When I did reach out in December, they strung me along for about two months and then ghosted me until today when I was told there hasn't been "enough momentum" from the team to move forward. So, they basically misled me for 3 months. Super unprofessional and disorganized company.

We started with a basic phone chat about my skills and interests. Then, I had an in-person interview with two managers who looked at my professionalism and skills. After that, I interviewed with two team members about my personality and skills. The final round was an interview with five corporate executives. Then came the background check, credit check, reference verification, and employment history confirmation.

I first had a phone interview with the company's onsite recruiter. After that, I went onsite for an interview, and then had another onsite interview with the hiring manager. The recruiter was great, but the hiring manager didn't seem to know why he was hiring for this position or what the role entailed. He mostly just talked about how and by whom the company was started and is run. It was really a waste of time.
