First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Vision Government Solutions.
Technical Support
Interview was great. He said he would let me know his decision after the holidays, second week in January. I did not hear back at all. No follow up nothing.
- Tell me about a challenging situation you faced and how you handled it.
Talent Development Specialist
The interview process for the role was good, but I was led to believe I would be the final candidate. The candidate experience was poor because I never heard back about the status of the position.
- What are key recruiting metrics for all areas?
Technical Support Engineer
The interview process involved a phone interview followed by two in-person interviews. They made me feel welcome and like a normal human. It was pretty stress-free and made me feel comfortable with the process, even though I didn't have much tech background.
- Tell me about your strengths.
- What about your weaknesses?
- How do you think you can contribute to the company?
Software Engineer
They had a few interview rounds, including a phone call and two other calls. One of the calls was kind of on the spot, and then there was a meet-and-greet with the team where they asked some questions. It was an okay process overall, and the people seemed nice, but it took them ages to get back to me, and they ended up ghosting me.
- A bit about your C# knowledge.
- And then some more in-depth questions about solving an engineering problem, though these weren't the best questions to ask when the whole team is watching on a call.
