I went to a shared office with no signs outside. Two young women, who seemed to have been there for less than three months, greeted me. They quickly looked over my resume and asked me to do a Skype call with their management in New York. The management asked a few easy questions and spent some time bragging about themselves. The interview then concluded. It took them 40 days to let me know the result, suggesting that the firm's efficiency might be a problem.

I submitted my resume online and HR got back to me the same day to set up an in-office interview. The whole thing took about 20 minutes. The company president showed up mid-interview and basically told me there'd be no pay or compensation, which wasn't in the online job posting.

It was a two-hour process involving some basic questions about loans and SAB. No technical difficulties. Finding their office was a bit of a trek. The office itself was a bit of a letdown, typical for a startup. I turned down the offer because the commute was too long, but it might be worth it for others. The founder clearly has extensive experience in the loan industry.
