The screening interview was very professional and the interviewer was very kind. The second interview was in person and the two gentlemen that I interviewed with were very friendly and took the time to help me really understand who they were and what the job really entailed. Overall it was a very positive interview process.
- Can you describe some of the advanced effects and tools you regularly use in Adobe Premiere?

It started with a phone screen, then there was a 3 on 1 face-to-face interview at the Salt Lake office, followed by a 5 on 1 interview at the West Jordan warehouse. The vibe shifted from calm and comfortable to really uncomfortable with the whole team interviewing you. They asked a lot of personality and situational questions like 'What would you do if...' and 'Who would you tell if...'. And like many companies these days, they'll leave you hanging for ages after an interview without any updates.
- If we give you 5 minutes, can you come up with a project to teach us all something new.
Account Manager
So I applied and sent my resume and cover letter. Got an email about 48 hours later for a phone interview. It was informative and specific. Then they set up an in person interview, which I attended. They asked really intuitive questions, trying to see how I'd fit into the company culture. It was a great experience.
- Considering that experience and knowledge are widespread in the industry, what unique value would you bring that makes you the ideal candidate for this company?
Broker
Applied for a job with a cover letter and then got an email or phone call to set up an interview. Interviewed and then there was no response EVER (email or phone call) for follow up. The person I interviewed with seemed nice, but it felt like they already had someone else in mind for the role, which was misleading. I asked when I could expect to hear back, and they gave me a date, but nothing happened. I called and emailed, but still nothing. It seems like the hiring process is either misleading or very selective with candidates. A company that values communication would follow through and not ignore you. I suggest not bothering with this company or others that do this.
