Training Program Representative
The entire interview process, from the initial screening all the way to the panel interview, was super communicative. Honestly, it was one of the best interview experiences I've had. Everything was really clear and to the point. They followed up quickly and on time.
- Could you share what you believe is most important for us to know about your background, interests, and relevant skills or qualities?
CRM Manager
The interview process took about three weeks. It was conversational. Make sure you have examples and metrics to back up your experience. The interviewers were nice and seemed to like working there.
- Tell me about a mistake you made in your career and what you learned from it.
Director of Engineering
The interview experience was really bad, one of the worst. Since the pandemic, it's all been on Zoom. The whole thing took about 4 hours straight, no breaks, and I met 14 interviewers. Some calls had up to 8 people in just 30 minutes. After it was all done, I heard nothing back, no rejection or even an email saying they're moving on. They just ghosted me, even when I followed up. For someone who went through a whole loop and talked to senior leaders, it says a lot about the company's attitude and values.
- What is your opinion on offshoring, and do you endorse it?
Software Development Engineer
They have a phone interview where they ask technical questions, but they're not too hard. After that, you go for an onsite interview. First, they ask general questions, and then you'll work on a problem on a whiteboard. The problems aren't super difficult; I didn't find them hard. I got rejected because I asked for the average salary in Seattle, which they couldn't meet.
- The tech questions are not very difficult and fair, and you will be interviewed by 3-4 devs and the manager.
