The interview process was pretty chill, like a relaxed one-on-one with the boss's assistant, but it was still professional for the first round. Then, there was a "cultural interview" to check if your values and morals match the company's.

It was a three step process. First, I had a phone interview with my potential supervisor, which then led to an on-site interview. The second step was the on-site interview with the potential supervisor. Finally, the third step was a panel interview with 3 executive directors of the company, and this was on the same day as the on-site interview.
