The interview process was fair and pretty quick. They asked specific questions about my experience and what I was looking for. I thought it seemed like a good place to work and that I could do a good job as a trainer there. I didn't get the job, but they gave me feedback on why.

It was a simple 3 step interview. I was asked basic beverage questions. I interviewed with three beverage managers. They asked very basic questions about my work experience and some situational questions. Everyone I spoke with was pleasant. The interview was scheduled and it was one on one.

I arrived for my interview and checked in with the front desk, mentioning the People Manager I'd been coordinating with. However, nobody on the third floor restaurant knew about the scheduled interview. I spoke with the hostess, who offered to check with a manager. After a 15-minute wait, during which a floor manager walked by several times, they finally came over, introduced themselves, and said the general manager would be out soon. Another 30 minutes passed, and the hostess asked if I wanted a drink. After a total of 50 minutes, I left. It was a waste of time and completely unprofessional, especially since the restaurant wasn't busy at all. Major red flags were the unprofessionalism, lack of communication, and disorganization. I wouldn't recommend this place unless you're desperate.
