After passing the typing and grammar tests, I got an interview. It included simple situation-based questions. The interview was conducted via Zoom and involved a member of HR and a court monitor team leader.

The interviews included a screening, coding, technical Q&A, and a second technical Q&A. Things were going well until the second technical Q&A. There were two main issues: first, after completing the entire process, they ended up closing the position. Second, the second technical Q&A was about JS frameworks like Vue and React. I had explicitly stated from the start that I didn't have experience with them and wasn't interested in roles using that tech. Despite this, they scheduled the interview anyway. I'm not sure why. To make matters worse, the interviewer was very arrogant, starting with 'if you know JS or don't, we're gonna find out'. Basically, there was poor communication about my background and interests, a rude interviewer, and they closed the job after all stages. It was a really bad experience.

At interview an applicant has two further tests to complete. The most important of these tests is what's called the listening test and this is where the applicant is required to type audio for 20 minutes. The purpose of the test is to make sure an applicant can hear. There is one other test which is to check an applicant's attention to detail.
