The interview process had 3 rounds: first HR, then the IR manager, and finally the VP of the Investment department. The questions were general and not very specific. There were no trick questions. However, if you don't want to answer certain questions, like those about salary negotiation, be prepared because they will push you until you give a figure, which means you lose. It wasn't very professional, and I felt the group was very political. (Too many women leaders)
