Then, I was invited for an interview with an HR person and an operational manager: we talked about my experiences, what I like doing, and how I could contribute to projects. It was quite practical, not at all intimidating. They also presented the missions in more detail to see if it matched what I was looking for. After the interviews, I quickly got clear feedback on the next steps. Overall, I really felt like the goal was as much to get to know me better as to help me understand the Vinci Construction environment.

Got technical questions on a bunch of topics, and they gave me plenty of time to answer them. They explained the whole process really clearly. The interviewers were respectful. They explained the project details thoroughly. I was asked three technical questions, three leadership questions, and three value-based questions.

First, a chat with HR to check general skills and see if you're a good fit. The HR person will welcome you, give you a quick overview of the interview, and ask you to introduce yourself. They'll then ask about your general skills needed for the job. After that, the manager will meet you, explain their role, and we'll check your technical skills and cultural fit.
