The interview process was very professional, though it felt more serious than it actually was. It's a fun company to work with, but it's commission only. They are looking for personality and coachability. This job is very time-consuming and not for everyone. If you’re not great at sales, this is not for you. To clarify, this is largely an AT&T B2B or consumer position.

Lots of texts and emails led up to the interview. When I got there, the waiting room was packed, with HGTV on and people who looked like they were interviewing for different jobs. It felt like a car repair waiting room. I waited 20 minutes, and saw a bunch of people go in for interviews and then leave in under 10 minutes. They advertise roles that all start at the bottom. This job is for you if you want to spend your day at Sam's or Costco asking people about their cable or dish service. It's all about moving a lot of people in and out for interviews.

I got an email asking if I wanted to schedule a 1:1 interview. I called them and we set up a date and time. The interview itself was super quick, under 20 minutes. I probably could have made it even shorter if I hadn't asked so many questions. The interviewer started by telling me about the company, seemed rushed and like she was just saying the same thing she always does. She asked me really basic stuff like 'why do you want to work here?' and 'what are your strengths/weaknesses?'. At the end, she said they'd let me know if they wanted to move forward. I asked them to let me know either way, and she said she would. Never heard back.

I had a good experience interviewing with Vincero. The first call was good and I understood the job better. Everyone was nice and seemed interested in my background. The in-person interview was interesting and focused on how I solve problems and fit into the team. It was all very clear and organized. They got back to me fast, and I felt respected. It was a great time, I'd tell anyone to apply if they want to work for a cool, growing company.
