First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Vincere Associates.
Marketing Manager
I had three interviews in total, with one at an offsite location and two back at the main office. The interviewers were really nice and engaging. I ended up withdrawing my application after the second interview because, although it seemed like a reputable company, it wasn't the right fit for me. I felt the job posting and description were a bit misleading, and if I had known more details, I wouldn't have applied. However, it might be a good fit for others.

Sales Representative
The first part was a group interview with two other people applying for the job. They asked each person questions one by one. It was pretty short, about 15-20 minutes. They said they would let the selected people know. It seemed like everyone got selected because they were scheduling second rounds at the end of the first Zoom call. The second round was a one-on-one interview with standard questions. They finished by talking about the pay structure, which was a bit unclear, and I'm still not sure if there's a base salary or if it's all commission. The last question was basically, given how many people applied, why should they choose you?
- Can you tell us about your strengths and weaknesses?
- What makes you stand out from the other candidates?
- Could you clarify the compensation structure?
Marketing
It was very straightforward. The recruiter who called me wanted me to describe my background and why I personally believed I was the best fit for the job. After a short 5 minute conversation they offered me a secondary interview, which I accepted and am looking forward to. The interviewer was very professional and I enjoyed it. Although my background isn’t in sales, they still seemed intrigued by what I could bring to the table.
- Can you talk about your background and explain how it would be beneficial for this role?
- What makes you stand out from the other candidates?
Customer Operations
Interview scheduling was really flexible. Vincere Associates does in-person interviews in Austin, TX, but you can also do them over Zoom. They mentioned it's not a remote job, so I assume they don't offer remote options. They suggested checking out their website to learn more about the company before coming in.
- Can you tell me about a significant challenge you faced and how you overcame it?
