It was a really thoughtful and direct interview process. I actually enjoyed it a lot! I'd totally recommend this company if you want to be treated right and work somewhere that actually cares about its people. I was super impressed!

The interview process was really thorough and well-organized. It felt like there was open communication from everyone involved. They asked straightforward questions, and I found the conversations enjoyable and authentic. It seemed like they genuinely wanted to understand if I was a good fit for their team and if the role was a good fit for me.

The interview process was horrible. I have never been treated so badly. The whole interview process was a complete waste of my time. This is the first time I have left a review on any company on Glassdoor, and this is because this was the worst experience I have ever had with a company out of my entire professional experience. A recruiter from VincentBenjamin direct messaged me on LinkedIn telling me she was recruiting for the Business Development Manager role and asked me if I was free to speak the day of or the next day. I said that I was free the next day. The next day, the recruiter failed to call me on the time we agreed upon, 9:30 am, and messaged me, 15 minutes after the time slot, at 9:45 am, on Linkedin, and she said that she was in a meeting and wanted to reschedule for later in the day, at 2 pm. I agreed that 2 pm was fine and spent the rest of my morning and afternoon waiting for the 2 pm phone call. However, the recruiter once again failed to call me, and did not even give me the courtesy to message me that she could not make the call. I did not get a phone call or update for the rest of the day, and came to the conclusion that she no longer wanted me for the position. But alas, the next morning at 10 am I received yet another message asking for another rescheduling of the phone call. I graciously gave them a third chance and we set up a phone interview for the next week, Wednesday at 9:30 am. Surprising the recruiter actually called me at 9:35 am, and only gave me 15 minutes of her time before she requested we have a second more in depth interview the next day at 9:30 am. Unsurprisingly, the next day at 9:28 am the recruiter asked if we could reschedule the phone call for Monday. At this point, this constant rescheduling and wasting of my time made me uninterested in working for a company that has such unprofessional and rude recruiters, and sent the recruiter an email Monday morning, two hours before our arranged phone call, that I was no longer interested in the position, and because I did not want to waste the recruiters time. Unsurprisingly, I did not get an email back from the recruiter for my considerate email correspondence. If my experience is a reflection on VincentBenjamin as a company, and the kind of employees and culture the company has, I would not want to work at such a company.

The interview process was straightforward and efficient. Communication was excellent, and I got placed in a job quickly. After applying online, I got a call for a phone interview the next day. I was able to schedule another interview for the day after that and landed a job offer within a week. Things moved really fast, and I'm pleased with the role I accepted.
