Behavioral Presentation

There were 7 interviews in total, including a presentation and a panel interview. I was told I was a top candidate throughout and received positive feedback. The recruiter set up multiple friendly prep sessions. Even though I was a finalist, I was rejected and then ghosted. The recruiter mentioned another role would open up and an interview would be scheduled the next week, but after several follow-ups, I never heard back. It was a disappointing experience because I was really excited about the position.

Behavioral Technical Case Presentation

So I went through 7+ interviews for this role, and I thought I was in the final stages, even discussing the compensation package. But then, out of nowhere, they decided to add a meeting with the VP of product. They sold it as a quick 10-15 minute casual chat, but it turned into a full 45-minute product sense case study. After that, they told me I was their top choice, but then the recruiter just went radio silent. They pursued me for months, and then ghosted me. It really says a lot about their character, honestly. Not a good company or a good experience.

Behavioral Technical Presentation

The process was pretty standard. Started with a recruiter phone screen. Then, I had a first screen with the hiring manager to discuss my background, interest, and if my skills fit. If they thought I was a good match, I moved on to the interview loop. This included interviews with a product manager, designer, engineering manager, and skip-level manager. The very last part was a take-home presentation and some behavioral interviews.
