The process was challenging and demanding, but the feedback timelines were too long. After two interviews, an assessment is administered. It's worth adjusting the assessment and interview based on the seniority of the candidates.

Behavioral Technical Case

There were several rounds. First, I spoke with HR about my motivation and previous professional experience. Then, I was sent a link to a standardized logic test. I had a week to complete it, and it took about 3-4 hours because it had multiple parts. After passing the test, I was invited to discuss with the team lead and other managers. This conversation was very similar to the HR round, focusing on self-presentation, clarifying my experience, and motivation for applying. Later, I was invited for an on-site meeting which included a case presentation. This was the final round of the application process.

The interview process was smooth and efficient. It was technical and focused on market trends and relevant topics. Financial modelling is also important, with a focus on different approaches for credit assessment. There were three rounds in total, each focusing on different capabilities and topics.

Technical Behavioral

I applied in mid-January through my university's portal and was invited for the first interview in early March. This was followed by two more interviews, one with a local manager and another with a regional head. After the initial interview, I had to complete an aptitude test. During the second interview, they gave me a training booklet that laid out the job's responsibilities, training plan, and compensation. They told me to study it thoroughly, even suggesting I take it home to ensure I fully grasped the program. Upon receiving the offer, I discovered the benefits were significantly less than what was outlined in the booklet (reduced days off and roughly half the promised salary). When I inquired about the compensation, they clarified that the stated package was only for European management associates. My counter-offer was promptly rejected.
