First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Village Marketing.
Senior Manager
A recruiter reached out on LinkedIn, then I chatted with HR, the founder, two directors, and finally the CEO. It felt more like casual conversations than direct questions about my background. I decided not to accept the offer because of some concerns that came up during the interviews.
- Could you describe your background in influencer marketing?
- Can you walk me through some specific campaigns you have managed?

Marketing Coordinator
It was a pretty chill and chatty interview process. I talked to a few people, but it mostly felt like I was just getting acquainted with them instead of being interviewed for a position.
- What motivated you to apply for this role?
Associate Director
It was a really quick and easy process which I liked. I got to chat with several team members. Most of the interviews were on Zoom and lasted about half an hour each.
- Can you tell me about your background?
