Line Cook
My interview started super early at 5 am. I had to do some safety tests for food and the kitchen. I waited for the interviewer to finish prepping. Around 7-8 am, he said we'd start then and he'd review the tests later because it got busy and they needed help.
- What days are you available to work?
Server
The process focused on my previous job experience and my availability. It lasted around 20 minutes. Since I was available during downtime, I got to speak with the GM that same day and was hired right away.
- What's your approach to resolving conflicts with colleagues?
Server
It was pretty straightforward. They asked about my previous experience. They wanted to know my availability for work, including days and hours. They also inquired if I was seeking part-time or full-time work. Additionally, they asked about my reliable transportation and my current place of residence. I was also asked why I relocated to Zephyrhills and if I intended to stay year-round.
