It was a pretty chill interview, very welcoming. They asked me some basic stuff about my background and what customer service means. Two people interviewed me and basically walked me through the duties I'd be doing on shift, making a few notes. All in all, it was a good, easy interview, not tough at all.

The hiring process was too long and had too many steps. It took about two weeks after the first phone call, and three weeks total from when I first applied online.

I interviewed with my manager for this role. It was my very first job interview, and she was very nice and seemed to really like her job, which made me enjoy the interview process too. She helped me feel relaxed, so I could answer honestly. She even told a few jokes to ease my nervousness.

It was an in person interview, and everyone was really friendly. For me, the interview process was pretty simple and it was a one-on-one. They offered me the job right then and there, and then there's a 10-week training period where you learn a lot.
