the interview process was super fast, like only 10 minutes, which made me unsure how it went. the interviewer was nice and i answered all the questions, but there weren't that many, so it was hard to tell if they were really interested. they said they'd get back to me in two weeks. but the short interview made me question if they've already decided. on the bright side, it was over quickly, which is good because interviews can be stressful. however, the speed of it makes me wonder if they hire and fire a lot of people.

Behavioral Technical

HR contacted me by email. My first interview was with a potential coworker, and it was very short and easy, only 10-15 minutes, I felt like I was interviewing them. Then, HR emailed me again for a second interview with someone more senior. During the second interview, the interviewer was rude and condescending. When I asked questions, their answers were vague, they seemed unhappy, and generally displeased. The last step was an interview with a top-level person. I haven't heard back and it's been weeks.

Behavioral Other

The owners are really focused on how you'll vibe with them and fit into the workplace culture more than your resume. Just chill and have a good time. They're great at seeing where you'd fit in the company. So, you might apply for one role, but they could offer you a spot in a different department. They really try to make things work with the people they have, so if it's not working out in one area, they'll move you around.
