& Process

The interview process was pretty straightforward. I received good verbal feedback throughout. I had an in-person interview that seemed to go well, but then I didn't hear back for over a month. I understand I didn't get the job, but there was no communication, and I had to chase the recruiter, who then gave me a one-sentence reply. Feedback could have been clearer.

I was first contacted by a third-party recruiter who set up a meeting with the district manager. Following that, I had an 'On the Job Evaluation' where I worked different roles for four hours and shared my thoughts. Then, two more district managers conducted phone interviews, with the recruiter providing updates. The final step was a face-to-face interview with a senior leader, possibly regional or executive. Although they seemed eager for me to join, they wanted my commitment before extending an offer, which led me to withdraw from the process.

I dropped off my application in person and heard back within 3 days. The interview was mainly about my previous jobs and what I'm looking to do in the future. Randy Anderson, the General Manager, interviewed me. I was able to start working just 3 days after the interview.
