The interviewer was very polite and professional, not intrusive. It was a good interview overall, even though she didn't fully explain the job duties. She also checked my English.

Behavioral Technical

I applied because the job ad said 'WFH', but it turned out to be only temporary. I was told I'd eventually have to report to their HQ office in Clark, Pampanga. When I asked the Operations Manager what 'temporary' meant, she gave a vague answer about not knowing when and that things could change. This made me feel misled. I was hesitant to commit, as working for 3 months only to be asked to relocate far away would negatively impact my resume and job history. While I don't expect WFH to be permanent, advertising it upfront and then retracting it after multiple interviews, especially with an office in a remote location, is disappointing. Honesty in job ads is crucial. The office space, provided by an EOR, had a cafe-style setup but lacked ergonomic chairs.

Other

I went through a couple of interviews and a take-home assignment that had a deadline. After I submitted it, I never heard back from them. The job posting has been up for a very long time. Luckily, I found another job.
